New for 2021! An Industry Program channel will be published on Meeting News Central, where all Expert Theaters and INC Programs will be listed. Those with inserts in the Doctors Bag will have their insert attached to their program listing on this page. In addition, links to these inserts will be included in the eDaily on the appropriate day.

Content Includes: Advertiser-provided booth announcements, promotional materials, and industry event invitations, including Expert Sessions and INC programs. Items are subject to AAD approval.

Doctors Bags for the Annual Meeting will be delivered in the headquarters hotel(s) on March 19 and 20, 2021, and via mail one week prior.**

Insert sizes: Maximum size is 8.5” x 11”. Maximum weight is 2 oz.

**If the physical Annual Meeting is canceled, inserts will be mailed to attendees one week prior to VMX. Inserts for Annual Meeting initiatives that do not transfer to VMX should be changed to branding inserts for VMX.

Doctors Bag Premium

Maximize your brand impact by advertising on the outside of the Doctors Bag! One premium per day.

• For onsite deliveries, we'll place your insert in a clear pocket on one side.
• For mailed deliveries, two premium advertisers will share the branding of the AAD Doctors Bag mailer.
• Two premium advertisers will rotate in the Leaderboard position on the Industry Program page of Meeting News Central.

Individual Deliveries

Reach: Advertiser-supplied items delivered to 3,000* on March 19, 20, 21 and 22.

Content Includes: Advertiser-provided brochures and program or booth invitations. Advertiser provides items to be distributed, subject to AAD approval.

Personal deliveries will be distributed as individual drops at the headquarters hotel at the Annual Meeting. If the physical Annual Meeting is canceled, inserts will be sent as individual email blasts on the appropriate day during VMX.
