ACOI Discovery Central
(exhibitor presentations)

Opportunity:

• Interact with attendees and showcase your products and services with a
  15-minute presentation in the exhibit hall.
• The ACOI Discovery Central provides exhibitors the opportunity to present new research or demonstrations to a small group of professionals attending ACOI 2025. (Topics to be approved by ACOI.)
• ACOI will provide a large monitor, laptop computer, lectern and seating for 25.

Recognition includes:

• Company name, logo and presentation description (maximum 50 words) listed on the meeting website and mobile app.
• Company name, logo, session title on a 22”x28” sign near the lectern.

Available time slots:

• Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025:
  • 10:10-10:25 a.m. 
  • 3:10-3:25 p.m.
• Friday, Oct. 10, 2025:
  • 10:10-10:25 a.m. 
  • 3:10-3:25 p.m.

Lunch & Learn

Opportunity: 

• Position yourself as a thought-leader in the specialty and provide education for attendees.
• The Lunch & Learn will be held in the plenary session room and allows for a 45-minute presentation with a 5-minute Q&A.
• Attendance is first-come, first-served, with a maximum of 250 participants.
• Lunch will be provided by ACOI.
• Sponsor selects the topic and speaker(s), to be approved by ACOI.
• All AV equipment in the plenary room is available.

Recognition includes:

• Company name, logo and presentation description (maximum 75 words) listed on the meeting website and mobile app.
• Company name, logo, session title and speaker(s) will be listed on a 22”x28” sign outside the session room.
