• Abstracts on USB provide a means for medical professionals to have easy and enduring access to the abstracts from Scientific Sessions.
• Users can quickly access the information in the abstracts through searches of key words, abstract title and author’s names.
• A total of 3,000 USBs will be produced for distribution by the sponsor – with any remaining USBs to be distributed by AHA at other cardiovascular relevant conferences throughout the year.
• Abstracts on USB can be distributed directly from the contributor’s booth to maximize visitation.

A charging lounge is available in the Science & Technology Hall so attendees can sit comfortably to access the internet and charge their smart devices.

• Sponsor may place corporate or product graphics on panels incorporated into the cell phone charging station located in the lounge.
• Sponsor is welcome to provide corporate and/or product imprinted giveaways at the sponsor’s expense. AHA must approve giveaway.

Charging Stations are available in high-visibility locations throughout the convention center.

• Sponsor may place corporate or product graphic clings on the table tops.
• Sponsor video (with audio) plays on monitor; max length 60 seconds.

Make the first and last impression with attendees as they enter and exit the convention center each day by supporting the Coat and Luggage Check.

There will be a minimum of two lounges with refreshment stations serving coffee, hot tea and water in high-traffic areas in the Science & Technology Hall. Breaks will be refreshed two times on Saturday and Monday, and three times on Sunday.

Escalator Runners and Floor Clings

• Brand the escalators that move attendees throughout the convention center.
• Options include major high-traffic areas.
• Supporter receives corporate or product branding on select escalator banks with large floor clings included for enhanced visibility.
