Distribution:
- Delivered the evening of April 25, 2025, to attendee hotel rooms at headquarters hotels. (Deliveries to The Venetian and Palazzo hotels will be inside the room and represent more than 90% of the deliveries.)
- Distributed throughout the convention center on the morning of April 26, 2025.

A minimum of six inserts must be reserved for the Doctors Bag to be delivered.

Advertiser provides items to be distributed, subject to AUA approval. Packaged products may not exceed 6 oz. and must be in sealed bags.
Advertiser arranges production and shipping details for Hotel Room Deliveries, and has items delivered to hotels each morning. Ascend Media manages distribution only.
Digital signage will be available at The Venetian and Palazzo hotels. Details to come.

AUA and Ascend Media encourage all advertisers and sponsors to use environmentally friendly printing, including recycled/recyclable paper and plant-based inks. No petroleum-based UV coating. Aqueous coating permitted.
All rates are net. No agency discounts apply. Cancellations are nonrefundable.
