Abstracts on USB
- Abstracts on USB provide a means for medical professionals to have easy and enduring access to the abstracts from the International Stroke Conference.
- Users can quickly access the information in the abstracts through searches of key words, abstract title and author’s names.
- Abstracts on USB can be distributed directly from the contributor’s booth to maximize visitation.
- A total of 2,500 USBs will be produced for distribution by the sponsor – with any remaining USBs to be distributed by AHA/ASA at other relevant cerebrovascular conferences throughout the year.

- Contributor corporate logo on the USB case packaging.
- Corporate logo recognition on the opening screen.
- Corporate recognition on convention center signage (provided sponsorship has been secured by publication date).

Alert Notification
Similar to a text message but it goes through the app itself. Real-time marketing for promotion of your booth activity or company. App users will receive new announcements during the conference.
*If ISC24 must be converted to virtual, the AHA Mobile Meeting Guide App will be used for the virtual event. For advertising specific to a booth or program, advertisers are encouraged to prepare secondary general branding materials in case the meeting converts to virtual only.

Individual Hotel Room Drops
Reach: Up to 1,800 attendee hotel rooms
Content: Advertiser-supplied materials, subject to AHA/ASA approval. Suggested items include:
- Booth announcements and demo schedules
- Promotional materials
- Industry program invitations
- Product samples (Dependent on association and hotel policies. Contact your account manager for details.)
Distribution: Delivered to attendee hotel rooms on Feb. 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2024.
An Industry Highlights channel will be published on the Conference Coverage Website, which will include a schedule of Industry Programs. All Individual Hotel Room Drop supporters will have an “article” related to their insert within this channel labeled “paid advertising content.” A link to the Industry Highlights page will be included in each day’s ISC Daily Highlights.
*If ISC24 must be converted to virtual, each insert will be mailed to U.S. meeting attendees to arrive one week prior to the virtual-only meeting. For materials specific to a booth or program, advertisers are encouraged to prepare secondary general branding materials in case the meeting converts to virtual only.

Packaged products may not exceed 6 oz. and must be in sealed bags.
All advertiser-supplied inserts are subject to American Heart Association/American Stroke Association approval.
Advertisers supply all inserts for hotel deliveries and arrange production and shipping details for Individual Hotel Room Drops. Handling fees for shipments received by hotels may apply. Ascend Media manages distribution only.

If ISC24 must be converted to virtual, sponsorships will transition to an option of equal value and exposure. Advertisers preparing materials specific to a booth or program are encouraged to prepare secondary general branding materials in case the meeting converts to virtual only.
All print ads must include the words “Paid Advertisement” centered at the top of the page and in at least 10-point Helvetica (or similar type font).
All rates are net. No agency discounts apply. Cancellations are nonrefundable.
All quantities herein are based on projected attendance and association membership numbers and, in some cases, projected non-member professionals, and are therefore not guaranteed.
