Ballroom Level Column Wraps

Brand the concierge desk located directly next to the front doors and visible from throughout the lobby.

Elevator Clings

• Get in front of attendees as they travel to and from the conference.
• You receive outside branding on six elevators from the lobby to meeting and guest rooms.

Escalator Clings

• Your brand is highly visible on escalator clings from the Lobby to all ReSS activities on the Mezzanine and Ballroom levels.
• You receive inside panels and center runners.
• Two escalators available: Lobby to Mezzanine and Mezzanine to Ballroom Level.

Floor Clings in Lobby

• Make an impression with attendees as they get their steps in!
• One advertiser may place up to three floor clings in the hotel lobby.
• Clings may be 4’ x 4’ or 5’ x 5’.

Hanging Banners

• Be the first brand attendees see when they enter the hotel with banners visible from the front door and throughout the lobby!
• Two highly visible banner opportunities are available.
• Banners hang from the Mezzanine level overlooking the lobby.
• Banner size is 40″ x 120″.

Lobby Column Wraps

• Make a statement with high-visibility column wraps in the hotel lobby!
• Two-Story Column Set:
  • Three two-story columns, visible from front door and throughout the lobby.
  • Will be wrapped to 10’ high.
• One-Story Column Set:
  • Four one-story columns, including one by the elevators, one by the Shuttle Bus Entrance and two near lobby seating areas.
  • Will be wrapped to 10′ high.

Mezzanine Level Column Wraps

• Capture attendees’ attention as they walk to and from sessions!
• You receive three column wraps on the Mezzanine level walkway outside ReSS session rooms.

Shuttle Bus Entrance on 17th Street

• Guide attendees with your branding as they enter and exit the hotel at the shuttle bus entrance.
• Clings are placed on three sets of doors:
  • Single-sided facing inside on the street door.
  • Double-sided on the second set of doors.
  • Double-sided on the third set of doors leading into the hotel lobby.
